We believe all Australians deserve to live well
Our goal is to support you to choose the care you need. We understand that ageing well and living independently is about getting the right support for your personal health needs, and staying connected to family, friends and your local community.
Our philosophy of care is based on four core elements – quality, choice, control and transparency, and draws on the following approach:
You choose the types of care you access, how the care is delivered and who delivers it to you.
You set your own goals, such as staying active, maintaining your independence for as long as possible or returning to your home after you have been in hospital.
